Juno CN2012 Sports Prototype
The Juno CN2011 is a race proven thoroughbred. An evoloution of the multi race and championship winning SSE and CN09 models, the CN2011 chassis took CN Sports Prototype's to a new level, now further improved we bring you the updated CN2012.
Juno have been producing exhilarating sportscars for over a decade, beginning with the SS1 in 2001. The SS2 was then developed into the exceptional SS3-V6, which powered to many victories. The original SSE was developed in 2006 to take on the highly competitive European sportscar market, using Honda 2 litre engines. This was underlined in 2007 by taking the European VdeV crown, preceeding SPEED series victories in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Building on this success the new car has undergone extensive changes to remain at the forefront of CN based racing. Bristling with technology the CN2012 has one of the highest specifications currently available in the market.

The CN2012 is powered by a 4 cylinder 2 litre Mugen Honda engine. This offers excellent horsepower and reliability making it the engine of choice for many race series around the world. With excellent driveability, this is a great engine and coupled with long rebuild and servicing intervals represents great value for money.
The Gearbox is 6 speed sequential, which is actuated via paddle shift. The system allows for lightning fast gear changes, whilst also protecting the engine from possible over rev on down shifts. The quality of the system is unrivalled and invaluable in Endurance events. This option gives minimal wear and tear to the gear ratios, once more giving excellent value.
For 2012 the bodywork has received the attention of the Juno Aero department. Changes include both a brand new front end incorporating the front underwing/splitter and a bespoke diffuser. Both have been optimised using CFD, increasing aerodynamic efficiency and overall levels of downforce.

The suspension comprises of exquisite hand crafted TIG Welded Aero Wishbones for optimal strength and efficiency. With optimised and enhanced geometry for the best handling. The lightweight F3 wheels attach to beautiful CNC machined Uprights, optimised for minimal weight and maximum strength, which are universally used in each corner.
The car weighs just 570kg, bringing it well in line to be competitive in the minimum legal weight category. The car is easily stopped using Alcon Monoblock Brake Calipers on Steel Brake Discs with Machined Disc Bells giving the driver feel and confidence. These are connected through two separate front and rear braking circuits.

The Juno CN2012 is a driver friendly car in every way. Competitively priced it is fast, reliable and stunning in its looks. Juno's attention to detail to go the extra mile for its customer, enhances this package. All told it is the combination required to be competitive and race at the front, all with a big smile on your face!
